How to Apply for Eligible Candidates

  1. Candidates belonging to ST/SC/OBC and other categories should produce a valid (Central Govt.) caste certificate issued by the competent authority. OBC certificates should be in the prescribed form as per Government of India instructions and should certify that the candidates do not belong to any of the creamy layers (not more than one year old at the time of the interview).
  2. Interested candidates may appear for the walk-in interview at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Jaipur, Rajasthan, along with an application in the prescribed format and all original documents, including:
    • 10th Certificate
    • MBBS Certificate and MCI/State Registration
    • PG Certificate and MCI/State Registration
    • Experience Certificate (if applicable)
    • Disability Certificate (if applicable, disability is 40% or above)
    • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
    • Aadhar Card/Voter ID
    • PAN Card
    • One set of Xerox copies of all original documents
    • Two recent passport-size photographs (one affixed on the application)
  3. Candidates must bring the original documents for verification at 9:00 AM sharp on the date of the interview. Registration for the interview will be open until 11:00 AM.
  4. The engagement of the 03-year senior resident will be purely contractual for a one-year tenure, extendable up to a maximum of 03 years subject to requirement, satisfactory work performance report by HOD, and performance of the Senior Resident.
  5. The number of posts may increase or decrease as per requirement, with the approval of the Dean.
  6. The Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Jaipur reserves the right to fill any or no post or cancel the interview at any stage.
  7. Private Practice of any kind will not be allowed.
  8. No TA/DA will be admissible for the walk-in interview.
  9. The vacancy indicated above may change as per actual requirement on the date of the interview.
  10. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification. Appointment shall be governed by the ESIC Headquarter letter No. U13/14/38/2020/Med-I9ESIC/SC, dated 02.02.2021.
  11. Selected candidates will sign a contract agreement on a stamp of Rs. 500/- at the time of joining. The original contract will be with the hospital, and its copy will be with the candidate. The cost of the stamp paper will be borne by the candidate.
  12. The contractual engagement may be terminated/discontinued by either side by giving one month’s prior notice without assigning any reason.
  13. Upon engagement, the candidate will have to deposit security money of Rs. 25,000/- through Demand Draft in favor of ‘ESIC Fund Account No.1’ payable at Jaipur at the time of joining, which is refundable after completion of the engagement period and on production of a No Dues Certificate. The amount will be forfeited if the candidate leaves before the completion of the period.
