His absence was deemed detrimental to the Plastic Surgery department, leading to termination under Rule 19 of the CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965.

Dr. Vikas Kumar

Dr. Vikas Kumar, who became an Assistant Professor in CTVS in May 2022, left his post on July 31, 2022, after accepting a position at AIIMS Bilaspur, without official clearance. His unauthorized absence continued for more than three and a half years. The government determined that his justification for leaving without permission was invalid. Consequently, his services were terminated effective July 31, 2022.

Dr. Kunal Mahajan
