Reopening Date and Appointment Structure
Heart 2 Heart is excited to announce its reopening on Friday, June 26th, in Kilcullen. Initially, we will be offering individual appointments only to ensure a focused and safe environment for our clients.
Safety Precautions and Compliance
Since the last clinic session on March 12, 2020, we have diligently worked to enhance our services and ensure compliance with COVID-19 protocols. Our team has undergone training in all aspects of care to improve your overall experience. While some changes have been implemented, we will guide you through each step of the process.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
When you visit, please note that our team will be wearing PPE, including grey scrubs, wipeable clogs, visors, gloves, masks, and aprons. This is a precautionary measure for your protection and safety, which we prioritize above all.
Booking Your Appointment
Step 1: Online Booking

Step 2: Initial Consultation
Before your face-to-face appointment, we will arrange a video or telephone consultation. This allows us to discuss your condition and determine how it affects you. We recommend that family members join this consultation to help process the information more effectively, which minimizes in-person contact and further reduces risk.
Step 3: Pre-Appointment Check-In
On the morning of your appointment, we will call to check on your well-being prior to your visit.
Step 4: Arrival Procedures
Upon arriving for your appointment, please text us at 0877667465 from the car park, which is located directly outside our door. We will notify you when we are ready and will meet you at the entrance. It is advisable to wear a T-shirt, as we will conduct a blood pressure check and an exercise test. Please come alone and leave any unnecessary clothing in your vehicle.
Step 5: Health Screening
Once inside, we will review the questions discussed in the morning, perform a temperature check, and monitor your oxygen levels. We will then provide instructions on how to wear your face mask correctly. Please understand that our appearance may be different due to the PPE, but this is for your safety.
Step 6: Your Session
After completing the health screening, you will be ready for your session with us.
Step 7: Post-Session Guidance
Following your session, we will offer guidance on how to safely remove your face mask.
