The primary suspect, who has a history of criminal activity, is currently incarcerated for another offense. Following the emergence of the new extortion allegations, his female associate has reportedly gone into hiding.

Complainant’s Account

The complainant, residing in Makhmalabad, stated that the female associate of the history-sheeter lived in a building directly across from her home. Due to the male suspect’s frequent incarcerations, the woman solicited financial assistance from the assistant doctor to facilitate his releases. Over time, she allegedly amassed cash and valuables exceeding Rs 4.9 lakh from the doctor, including gold jewelry and funds obtained through a bank loan.

Threats and Coercion

According to the police report, when the complainant requested the return of her money, both the history-sheeter and his associate reportedly began to threaten her with severe repercussions. The threats included physical harm, with the male suspect claiming a background of murder and attempted murder charges against him.

Police Action and Background of the Accused

Authorities have indicated their plans to apprehend the male suspect in connection with the new extortion case, while ongoing efforts are being made to locate the female accomplice. Police records reveal that the history-sheeter has a substantial criminal history, with at least seven prior cases involving serious offenses such as murder, attempted murder, and various assaults.
