In a heartbreaking event, a homoeopathic doctor affiliated with Kiran Hospital reportedly took his own life by administering an overdose of anaesthesia in a hotel room located in the Godadara area of Surat. The police discovered a three-page suicide note in his diary, which contained various messages. One page featured the name of his wife, while another simply stated the word ‘Justice’. A drawing of a child alongside his wife was depicted on the third page.

The incident unfolded on November 7, 2025, when the doctor checked into Hotel Nest, situated on the third floor of Madhav Shopping Centre in Godadara. He reserved a room for an overnight stay. When he failed to check out the following day, hotel management conducted a welfare check. They found the door locked from the inside and received no response to their knocks. Growing concerned, the hotel staff notified the police.
Discovery of the Doctor’s Body
Upon arrival, police were able to force open the door, where they discovered the doctor deceased. An injection and a medicine bottle were found next to him.

The police subsequently transported his body to SMIMER Hospital for a post-mortem examination. According to reports from Bhaskar, the doctor had been married for two years and resided in Maha Khodiyar Nagar Residency in Deladvaa, which is located in Surat’s Dindoli area. His wife has been living in Ahmedabad for the past year, and the couple did not have any children. An investigation into the case is currently in progress.
